Hong Kong Sun Wah Cafe
Founded in 1966, the restaurant was originally located on Castle Peak Road (now Castle Peak Road) in Cheung Sha Wan, witnessing Hong Kong's transition from a residential community to an industrial district. It was established when Ben's father and his friends took over and transformed a Hakka restaurant. To this day, it continues to be run by the original team, adhering to the philosophy of "maintaining consistent taste" and refusing to alter traditional dishes for the sake of profit.
